Description
This pack is dedicated to explorers! Start the journey in southwestern Uganda with George William's "Mambo", a natural coffee (7 days fermentation) with notes of malt and red fruits. Then head to Honduras and the La Paz region, to Miriam's organic farm. You can taste our Selva, which is also plain. Despite its similarity to Mambo, its aroma is very different! Stay with Miriam to discover the Selvita, her yellow process. Same origin, different treatment of the coffee cherry, for a different experience. Finally, end your journey with the coffee we developed especially for La Gazette in Morges. An organic washed coffee from the San Antonio de Huista region in Guatemala, with beautiful notes of almonds and biscuit.
