Vangelis, founder of Coffee Project, was eager to obtain a natural single variety coffee, with a nice balance between cocoa and fruit, allowing a perfect versatility between filter and espresso. After several weeks of research, we came across this 100% red caturra produced by Catalina. Usually processing her caturra in washed, she has made here an extraordinary microlot. Typical of the Antioquian terroir for its aromatic structure, the fermentation brings out and intensifies its red fruit aromas, for a complex finish.
