Originating from terroirs of excellence, they are made by men and women dedicated to crafting the best beans, from careful picking to mastered fermentation and processing. The result is coffee enabling you to experience intense flavors and aromas. This collection is made of exclusive coffees coming in numbered bags, and are very limited in stock. They will always be presented to you one after the other, starting with the GLC 001.
This natural, fruity, forest coffee with a floral body is harvested by hand at the Kawo Kamina farm. Located in the Sheka appellation, not far from Kaffa and its forest reserve, the area is characterised by a rich vegetation cover comprising a great diversity of tree species.
Heleanna Georgalis, from Moplaco, began managing the farm two years ago and is now working hard to produce a quality coffee. The cherries are picked carefully by hand, then spread over the 45 African beds installed by Moplaco for regular drying.
