Politique de retour et de remboursement

Merci d'avoir fait vos achats chez Goodlife Coffee.

Si vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait de votre achat, nous sommes là pour vous aider.


Vous disposez de 5 jours calendaires pour retourner le café à partir de la date à laquelle vous l'avez reçu. Pour être éligible à un retour, le café doit être dans l'emballage original et non ouvert.


Dès que nous recevons votre café, nous l'inspectons et vous informons que nous avons reçu votre café retourné. Si votre retour est approuvé, nous effectuerons un remboursement sur votre carte de crédit (ou sur le mode de paiement initial). Vous recevrez le crédit dans un certain nombre de jours, en fonction des politiques de l'émetteur de votre carte.


Vous serez responsable du paiement de vos propres frais d'expédition pour le retour de votre article. Les frais d'expédition ne sont pas remboursables. Si vous recevez un remboursement, les frais d'expédition de retour seront déduits de votre remboursement.

Cependant, en cas de vol du paquet après dépôt par notre partenaire de livraison Planzer, nous serons dans l'impossibilité de vous rembourser votre commande.
