FILTER COURSE

How do you extract the perfect filter, and with what method?

We'll cover the entire coffee chain, from production to consumption, before focusing on filter coffee. You'll learn the fundamentals and mysteries of perfect extraction, as well as several extraction methods!

The program

Practical and theoretical training designed as a journey from grain to cup: presentations, demonstrations, individual practice, theory, stories and anecdotes.

This workshop is for you if:

  • to learn more about specialty coffee and the industry
  • you want to learn how to evaluate different coffees
  • you want to extract the best filter coffees
  • you want to understand the difference between the various methods (V60, Aeropress, French Press, ...)

4 hours, from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
