How do you extract the perfect espresso and draw a heart in your cappuccino?

We'll cover the entire coffee chain, from production to consumption, then focus on espresso and latte art. You'll learn the fundamentals and mysteries of perfect extraction, as well as milk texturing and latte art!

The program

Practical and theoretical training designed as a journey from grain to cup: presentations, demonstrations, individual practice, theory, stories and anecdotes.

This workshop is for you if:

  • to learn more about specialty coffee and the industry
  • you want to learn how to evaluate different coffees
  • you want to extract the best espressos
  • you want to obtain a good milk texture and improve your latte art

Possibility of taking your own machine and grinder

The roastery will be closed for the festive season from 25 December to 5 January 2025 inclusive. For delivery before Christmas, order before 19 December. Last shipment on 24 December, then deliveries will resume on Monday 6 December.
