The program
- Introduction to specialty coffee and the coffee industry (history of coffee, cultivation, processing, varieties, etc.)
- Introduction to taste evaluation
- Espresso extraction
- Filter coffee extraction by several methods
- Milk texturing and latte art
- The different coffeeshop drinks
- Machine cleaning and maintenance
Duration:
2 days, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location:
Chemin de Geffry 7, Hangar 52, 1073 Savigny. On-site parking available.
Cost:
700 CHF/person for 2 or more, 1000 CHF for individual lessons
