PROFESSIONAL BARISTA TRAINING

Would you like to become a barista or open your own café?

Our intensive 2-day training course will equip you with the skills you need to become a coffee professional.

The program

  • Introduction to specialty coffee and the coffee industry (history of coffee, cultivation, processing, varieties, etc.)
  • Introduction to taste evaluation
  • Espresso extraction
  • Filter coffee extraction by several methods
  • Milk texturing and latte art
  • The different coffeeshop drinks
  • Machine cleaning and maintenance
Duration:
2 days, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location:
Chemin de Geffry 7, Hangar 52, 1073 Savigny. On-site parking available.
Cost:
700 CHF/person for 2 or more, 1200 CHF for individual lessons
