This microlot, from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica, has been selected for our limited summer edition. Its light roast, suitable for espresso and filter, gives it notes of passion fruit and pineapple, like fruit juice in your cup! This farm is dedicated to creating micro-lots of top-quality green coffee while fostering a harmonious relationship with nature and their employees. The farm covers around 100 hectares, including 55 hectares of coffee under shade and 35 hectares of wild forest reserve, and relies entirely on 100% renewable energy produced on the farm.
