From the Cauca region of Colombia, this 100% Arabica is 100% decaffeinated using sugar cane. The beans are immersed in a solution of ethyl acetate, obtained from the sugar cane, which extracts the caffeine. This washed coffee will take you on notes of tangerine, sweet caramel and a silky body.
