The fourth and fifth generations of the Villavicencio family grow, manage and export speciality coffee from three separate plantations: San Antonio, Valle de Oro and La Pacaya. Their mission is clear: to make coffee a sustainable, transparent and profitable livelihood in El Salvador, whilst protecting the surrounding environment. This coffee is produced at Valle de Oro, considered by the Villavicencio family to be their most advanced and sustainable plantation. Here, every detail counts: modern technologies such as drones and satellite monitoring are used to analyse soil conditions, optimise inputs and minimise environmental impact. The plantation operates without pesticides, relying instead on a sustainable ecosystem where soil health and natural vegetation play a central role. Employees receive fair wages and ongoing technical training. Sourced directly from the producer, this coffee reflects a responsible approach focused on quality, sustainability and transparency.
