Our Chapina coffee is the result of our commitment to quality and transparency. By sourcing directly from local producers through a direct trade model, we build stronger relationships and ensure that farmers receive fair compensation for their hard work. The Chapina coffee flourishes in the highlands of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, cultivated by the dedicated families of the Cooperative “Nueva Esperanza del Bosque” (Conebosque). These beans reflect the cooperative’s deep-rooted commitment to fair trade practices and community development. Grown at 1,500–1,600 meters, Chapina embodies the vibrant character of its homeland, offering a sweet cup with prominent milk chocolate notes and hints of orange. Beyond its captivating taste, our Chapina coffee carries a powerful story of resilience and hope. Officially founded in 2004, Conebosque overcame infrastructure and capital challenges to acquire machinery, secure continuous employment, and streamline coffee processing and storage, empowering small and mid-size coffee farmers from the region. Today, Conebosque stands as a pillar of progress for its community. In partnership with the Guatemalan Ministry of Education, they founded a local school, ensuring youth can pursue their studies without leaving their hometowns. They also established a community clinic, offering essential healthcare services. By choosing our Chapina coffee, you partake in a journey of flavor and purpose, one that supports direct trade, fosters education, and transforms lives in the heart of Guatemala.
