This Grade 1 fully washed microlot comes from Jimma, Ethiopia, produced by the Nano Challa Cooperative in the Gera district at 1,980–2,100 masl. Grown by 819 smallholder farmers, it reflects the renewed quality focus of this historic coffee region. In the cup, expect bright citric acidity, crisp florals, tea-like notes, and a delicate sweetness — a clean and vibrant expression of Jimma’s highland terroir.
