Description
From the Cauca region in southwestern Colombia, this 100% Arabica is also decaffeinated 100% chemical free using sugar cane. The beans are immersed in a solution of ethyl acetate, obtained from the sugar cane, which allows the extraction of the caffeine. This washed coffee, which grows between 1600 and 1800 meters, will bring you notes of sparkling tangerine and sweet toffee on its silky body.
