This Grade 1 fully washed lot comes from the Aricha Wubanchi washing station in Yirgacheffe. Perched at 2,213 masl this cooperative is processing cherries from 1,700 local smallholder farmers. Grown mainly from the JARC heirloom sub-variety on traditional garden coffee plots, this lot offers a clean and vibrant cup with floral notes, bright acidity, and a gentle natural sweetness — a pure expression of Yirgacheffe’s unique terroir.
