Karemano

Description

aremano which means "Natural" in Kinyarwanda is a lightly roasted Rwandan coffee with notes of red fruit tea and milk chocolate. This coffee from Nyamasheke in the western province of Rwanda is planted at an altitude of 1347 meters and is a natural coffee. The natural method consists in letting the whole cherries ferment on the beans. During 10 to 30 days, the coffee cherries are spread out on raised beds or on a concrete floor and dry quietly in the open air.
